This Pasta makes a quick, delicious dinner meal!  Just add an additional 15-20 grams of protein to the sauce.  Suggestions:  3 oz diced chicken, 4 oz shrimp, 1.5 ounces shredded Parmesan cheese, or 2 ounces diced chicken and 1 ounce shredded Parmesan cheese.  Add low-carb vegetables of your choice.  Enjoy.
