To place an order for products, you have four options: 1) Call Roseville, CA at 916-773-1191 to place order over phone, or 2) Click on the Home Page of our website, on the right near the bottom of screen, download two forms; "Product Order Form" and "Fax Order Form" to place a Fax order for pick-up or shipping, or 3) Email your product request to purchase@hendricksforhealth.com and someone will contact you or 4) You may use the website secure payment service, PayPal, for purchase with a Visa or Mastercard.
